Shipping Guidelines
Orders for in-stock items received by noon (mountain time) are normally shipped within the same day. Back orders are shipped usually within 1-3 weeks.
Shipping
Carriers – All orders are shipped via Ground unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipments are available. WildCharge may use any carrier of its choice for shipments, but will usually ship via one of the common parcel carriers including DHL, FedEx, USPS or UPS.
Tracking Number – You will receive an e-mail once your order has been shipped giving you the shipping carrier’s website and the tracking number. That way you can see where your order is anytime you wish!
International Orders
At this time we are shipping only to United States destinations. We expect to begin shipping to select international destinations, including Canada and some European countries, later this year. Please sign up for our newletter on the front page of our web site to be notified via email of all the latest and exciting WildCharge news.
Out-of-stock items
Orders placed for out-of-stock items will be filled upon receipt of inventory and shipped via the means specified in the original order. Please be careful not to unintentionally order expedited freight for an item that is not in stock; it will still ship via the expedited method you selected in the order.
Products may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the ship date.
Return Policy
Return Authorization Required
All exchanges and returns require a Return Authorization number. Please call one of our Account Representatives for a Return Authorization number and instructions before returning any merchandise. All packages being returned must have the Return Authorization Number noted on the outside of the package.

If the product is returned in the unopened original packaging within 30 days:
Credit will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid less any shipping and handling fees. Credits will be processed after receipt and inspection at our Distribution Center.
If the product is returned within 30 days and the packaging has been opened:
A 20% returns fee will be applied, and refund will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid less the returns fee along with any shipping and handling fees.
Refund of Shipping and Handling Charges:
We will only refund shipping charges if we have sent the wrong item.
