WildCharge Technology Integrated Into More Than 100,000 Units in First Half of 2009; Company Expects Additional Growth to Exceed 400 percent for Remainder of Year

With a Laser Focus on the Licensing of its Wire-Free Technology and the Distribution of its Product Reference Designs, WildCharge Licensees and Partners are on Track to Sell over 500,000 Units by End of 2009

(Boulder, Colo. – Sept. 22, 2009) – WildCharge Inc., the leader in wire-free power technology, announced today that it surpassed a significant internal milestone by selling, in conjunction with its partners and licensees, over 100,000 WildCharge wire-free power products through the first half of 2009.  The company, its partners and licensees are on track to exceed 500,000 units by the end of the year.  WildCharge credits the growth to providing reliable products that are simple to use while still meeting or exceeding all regulatory and safety requirements, and to partnering with companies that are able to capitalize on the speed to market offered by WildCharge’s licensing and product reference design programs.  Many of these companies are also taking advantage of WildCharge’s licensing flexibility to create their own unique product designs featuring the patented wire-free power technology.

WildCharge Momentum Grows Through Partner and Licensing Agreements

Over the past few months, WildCharge has signed licensing and distribution agreements with partners in multiple countries.  The company has also established a Mark of Interoperability (MOI) which allows partners to easily identify their devices as WildCharge-compatible, while empowering end-users with the confidence that their products bearing the WildCharge MOI will work together in harmony.  WildCharge continues to gain momentum in the marketplace; and has recently:

• Signed agreements with leading cellular accessory product manufacturers and distributors in four major world markets: North America, Europe, Australia and Asia.  These companies plan to resell current products developed by WildCharge as well as design new products based on WildCharge technology. In all cases the agreements are believed to be the first of their kind for the licensing and distribution of wire-free power technology.

• Signed two significant agreements, announced in recent weeks, with WiProwess, LLC a wire-free power design and integration firm. The first agreement designates WiProwess as the first Certified Design Center for WildCharge, and the second agreement allows WiProwess to design, develop and market products embedded with WildCharge technology.
• Announced in late 2008 a partnership with Griffin International to produce video game controllers with WildCharge’s wire-free technology built in.  These controllers, marketed under the Psyclone brand, are currently available at leading retailers nationwide.

Through the end of the year, WildCharge plans additional announcements as it continues to lead the way in wire-free power technology.

WildCharge Product Line

WildCharge wire-free technology supplies power to many devices simultaneously, even if those devices need differing amounts of power. • PowerDisc™ – a small, versatile disc, and its accompanying PowerLinks™, that provides wire-free power to hundreds of different mobile devices when used in conjunction with a WildCharger Pad or other WildCharge-enabled surface.  Devices supported by PowerDisc include cell phones, Bluetooth headsets, e-book readers, GPS units, and more.
• Universal Adapter – an adjustable magnetic clip with various tips that enables wire-free charging for most BlackBerry, HTC, Motorola, Nokia and Sony Ericsson cell phones when used with a WildCharger Pad or other WildCharge enabled surface.
