WildCharge, Inc. Changes Name to PureEnergy Solutions, Inc.

Name Change for Leading Wire-Free Technology Company WildCharge Commensurate with Focus on Developing Superior Charging and Battery Solutions

 (Boulder, Colo. – Oct. 7, 2009) – WildCharge, Inc., the leader in wire-free power technology, announces today that it has officially changed its name to PureEnergy Solutions, Inc. This announcement comes on the heels of the company announcing a Joint Operating Agreement between WildCharge, Inc. and Pure Energy Visions Corporation, which was approved by boards of directors at both companies. PureEnergy Solutions, Inc. can be found at a new website: www.pureenergy.com.

Although the company name has changed, WildCharge continues as the brand name for PureEnergy Solutions’ patented, market-leading, wire-free power technology.  Earlier this year the company developed a WildCharge Mark of Interoperability (MOI) logo that enables consumers to easily identify products which contain WildCharge technology.  Licensing and distribution partners are able to use the MOI on packaging, Web sites and printed materials to alert consumers about the presence of WildCharge wire-free power technology.  Consumers can then be confident in knowing their new product is compatible with the existing WildCharge products they already own.   

PureEnergy Solutions will continue to offer its environmentally-friendly rechargeable alkaline battery products, and will continue to develop and license reference designs for partners that feature WildCharge technology. WildCharge wire-free reference designs developed by PureEnergy Solutions are also available for purchase from the company’s Web site, www.pureenergy.com.  WildCharge technology products include:

• Charging Pad – An extremely thin, portable surface that simultaneously charges as many as five mobile devices by simply placing them on the pad in any contiguous order.

• Skins – Durable, protective soft covers that allow cell phones, including Apple’s iPhone and iPod touch, and RIM’s Blackberry Pearl and Curve to charge wire-free when used in conjunction with a Charging Pad or other WildCharge technology-enabled surface.

• PowerDisc™ – A small, versatile disc, and its accompanying PowerLinks™, that provides wire-free power to hundreds of different mobile devices when used in conjunction with a Charging Pad or other WildCharge technology-enabled surface.  Devices supported by PowerDisc include cell phones, Bluetooth headsets, e-book readers, GPS units, and more.

• Universal Adapter – an adjustable magnetic clip with various tips that enables wire-free charging for most BlackBerry, HTC, Motorola, Nokia and Sony Ericsson cell phones when used with a Charging Pad or other WildCharge technology-enabled surface.

PureEnergy battery products include:

• Rechargeable Alkaline Batteries – PureEnergy’s Rechargeable Alkaline is the most economically and environmentally responsible battery available.  It is the only battery in North America bearing the EcoLogo certification, and is 100 percent compatible with applications that call for disposable batteries.  Featuring a seven year shelf life, the battery requires no initial charge before its first use, and one rechargeable battery can replace up to one-hundred disposable alkaline batteries.  The unique alkaline rechargeable formulation contains no toxic materials that will pollute landfills. 

• Rechargeable Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) – PureEnergy offers NiMH batteries for use in digital cameras. • ·         Cordless Phone Batteries – PureEnergy offers nine different rechargeable nickel metal hydride (NiMH) cordless phone batteries and battery packs. Unlike the more traditional rechargeable nickel cadmium (NiCd) cordless phone batteries, the NiMH batteries provide longer cycle life and more talk time between charges.
